Upon your initial visit, your counseling therapist will discuss your payment
fees and options. Payment is required at the time of service and may be made by
check, cash or credit card.
The Clinic does accept several different insurance plans. You can find out if we
are a provider for your insurance network when you call our office. Before your
first visit with your counseling therapist, we will contact your insurance
company to verify your benefits, identify your co-pay obligation, and any
deductible you have left to satisfy. If the Clinic is not part of your carrier's
network, you may have out-of-network benefits that cover part of the cost of
counseling.
Regardless of insurance, the client is responsible for all deductible amounts,
co-payments, and balances that remain unpaid by the insurance company.
